Bill Howard Custard, age 74 formerly of Guthrie, Oklahoma passed away October 21, 2017 in Clinton, Oklahoma. He was born on October 24, 1942 in Guthrie, Oklahoma to John T. and Louise (Pohlemann) Custard.

Bill graduated in 1960 from Guthrie High School where he was active in FFA and ROTC. He was a Veteran of the United States Army and served in Vietnam as a Forward Observer. He was employed as an oilfield consultant. Bill enjoyed  the outdoors, working on cars, riding dirt bikes and bicycles.

Survivors include his 2 sons Tommy Joe Custard of El Reno and  Billy John Custard and wife Natosha of Ardmore, 2 daughters Lorrie Alice Custard and husband Joe of El Reno and Georgia June Love of Oklahoma City, 2 brothers Harold Custard and wife Becky of Oregon and Larry Dan Custard of Geary and sister Marieca Faulkner of Coyle. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. Bill was preceded by his parents, 1 sister Betsy Denton and 5 brothers Marshall, Robert, Raymond, Tommy and Henry Wayne Custard.

Services will be held at 2:00 PM on Thursday, October 26, 2017 at Hayes Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Crescent Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Hayes Funeral Home.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 9:00 AM until 7:00 PM.
