Bonnie Kay Swanson, 67, of Edmond, Oklahoma passed away on October 8, 2022. She was born on March 3, 1955, in Norman, Oklahoma to Arnold Trulan and Anna Kathryn (Dickerson) Marshall.

Bonnie grew up in Guthrie and graduated from Guthrie High School in 1973. She was very active in band and cheerleading. She had lots of Bluejay spirit.

Bonnie moved to Edmond in 1994. She retired from the customer service department at AT&T. Bonnie loved concerts and got to see many of the classic rock bands in concert more than once. Some of her favorite concerts included the Moody Blues, Stevie Nicks, Fleetwood Mac, and Rick Springfield. Pet rescue held a very special place in her heart and she was a faithful volunteer to the ASPCA.

Survivors include her brother Pat Marshall and her niece Carrie Ann Burns.

There are no services planned at this time. Arrangements are under the direction of Hayes Funeral Home.
