Bradley "Brad" Evans, age 58, of Guthrie, Oklahoma passed away September 5, 2011, at his home in Guthrie. He was born July 8, 1953, in Ulysses, Kansas, to Marvin David and Shirley Lee (Price) Evans.

Brad had lived in the Guthrie area for the last 19 years. He retired from Southern Star Central Gas Pipeline. Brad loved to hunt, fish and riding his motorcycle. He enjoyed sports of all kinds and loved watching OU.

Brad is survived by his children Samantha Jean Evans of Mustang, Cole Thomas Evans of Guthrie, Zachary David Brinson of Florida and Lindsey Gordon of Hot Springs, Arkansas. He is also survived by one sister Karla and husband Tom Skaggs of Branson, Missouri, three grandchildren, numerous other family members and his ex-wife Shelley Evans who helped with his care during his illness.

Graveside Services will be held at 2:00 p.m., on Thursday, September 8, 2011, at Summit View Cemetery, in Guthrie with Chaplain Scott Wintz officiating. Services are under the direction of Hayes Funeral Home, Guthrie. Visitation will be on Wednesday from 12:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
