Destiny Daun Hicks-Lopez was born on December 2, 1992, to Bobby Emmons and Becky (Craig) Williams. She passed away on October 31, 2025, in Kiowa, Oklahoma.

Destiny believed deeply in her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, and carried her faith quietly but steadfastly throughout her life. She was known for her gentle heart, her creative spirit, and the love she poured into those around her.

She found great joy in crafting and creating beauty in the simplest of things. Above all else, Destiny's greatest pride and purpose in life was being a mother. Her world revolved around her precious daughter, Isabell Rose, whom she adored beyond measure.

Those left to cherish her memory include her husband, Jorge Lopez; her mother, Becky Williams; father, Bobby Emmons; and her children, Landon, Oliver, and Isabell Rose. She is also survived by her siblings, Billy Emmons, Robert Emmons Jr., Josh Emmons and wife Cassandra, Sean Vreeland, Mary Williams Martinez, Samantha Gann, and Amanda Garrett; along with numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.

Destiny was preceded in death by her brother, Ricky Emmons, and her grandparents.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 6, 2025, from 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM and again from 2:00 PM- 7:00 PM at Hayes Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, November 7, 2025, at 1:00 PM at the Hayes Funeral Home Chapel.

Though her time on earth was far too short, Destiny's love, kindness, and light will continue to shine through all who were blessed to know her.
