Donald Max Boydston, age 69, of Edmond, Oklahoma passed away on November 18, 2023, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He was born on June 4, 1954, in Sulphur, Oklahoma to Bill and Harvie Lou (White) Boydston.

Max married Verba Wilhite on June 20, 1975, at the UCO Chapel in Edmond. Max was a retired cabinet maker. He attended SouthPointe Baptist Church. Max enjoyed fishing, watching OU football and all OU sports and tinkering with just about anything.

Survivors include his wife Verba Boydston of the home in Edmond, son Eric Boydston and wife Nicole of Guthrie, sister Jana Casas and husband Frank of Denton, TX, grandchild Braylin Boydston, nephew Dale Hall, Jr. and wife Kellee and their children Lily and Grady of Blanchard and several nieces and nephews. Max was preceded in death by his parents, daughter Lindsey and sister Billie Sandra Tedder.

Memorial services will be held on Friday, December 1, 2023, at 2:00 PM at SouthPointe Baptist Church (4820 S. Division St., Guthrie, OK 73044).
