Doreen "Ramona" P. Flanagan was born on August 9, 1937 in Altus, Arkansas to Robert and Margaret (White) Pike. She passed away on April 29, 2013 in Oklahoma City after an extended illness.

Ramona married Eugene Flanagan on December 27, 1975 in Midwest City, Oklahoma. She had lived in Guthrie since 1985.

She recieved her Registered Nurse Degree from DePaul University and her training as Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist from Baylor University. She owned her own business as a Nurse Anesthetist and retired in 1992.

Ramona is survived by her husband Dr. Eugene Flanagan of the home in Guthrie and two daughters Laura N. Flanagan and Anne Marie Flanagan. She was preceded in death by her parents, four brothers and three sisters.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m., on Thursday, May 2, 2012, at St. Mary's Catholic Church with Rev. Robert Wood officiating. Interment will be held at 1:30 p.m., at Resurrection Memorial Cemetery in Oklahoma City.

A Rosary will be held at 7:00 p.m., on Wednesday at Hayes Funeral Home Chapel.
