Gloria was born on October 26, 1966, in Guthrie to George and Cleo May (Clay) Cooper. She passed away on August 5, 2024.

Gloria and Galen Wayne Scott tied the knot on a beautiful Valentine's Day in 1987. They cherished 27 years together until Galen's passing in 2014. Gloria was a skilled machinist at Magic Bait and found joy in various hobbies such as crocheting, and playing solitaire, board games, card games, and video games, revealing her fun-loving, youthful spirit. She also had a deep appreciation for music, with a special love for classic bands like Journey, Queen, Pink Floyd, and the Eagles.

Survivors include her daughter Holly Lubahn and husband Michael; son Galen Scott, Jr. and wife Jennifer; brothers Lee Cooper and Ray Cooper and wife Julie; and her 10 grandchildren: Justin, Rebecca, Liam, Donovan, Hayley, Kaitlynne, Makayla, Trey, Benjamin, and Alexis. She was preceded in death by her grandson Eli James Scott.
