Judith "Judy" Lynn Grindle was born on July 25, 1956, in Guthrie to Dean and Betty Crooks. She passed away on March 6, 2022, in Oklahoma City at the age of 65.

Judy lived in Guthrie all her life. She graduated from Guthrie High School in 1974. On June 28, 1974, Judy married Jerry Grindle and to this union three children were born: Brian, Katie, and Emily.

Judy loved going to garage sales and had an eye for antiques and knickknacks. She enjoyed traveling and going on cruises, Las Vegas and Colorado were some of her favorite places to go. But most of all, Judy loved her grandkids and spending time with them.

Survivors include her son Brian Grindle of Guthrie, grandchildren Madison Grindle, Ethan Grindle, Gracie Grindle, and Avery Grindle all of Guthrie. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends. Judy was preceded in death by her husband Jerry, parents Dean and Betty Crooks, daughter Emily Grindle, daughter Katie Grindle, and sisters Lorraine "Lori," Carol, and Tammy.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, March 10, 2022 at 10:30 A.M. at the Hayes Funeral Home Chapel with Brian Frank officiating. Burial will follow at Summit View Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Hayes Funeral Home.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 9, 2022 from 9:00 A.M. until 7:00 P.M.
