June Ailene Miller, age 85, of Guthrie, Oklahoma passed away on August 30, 2022, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She was born on March 3, 1937, in Crescent, Oklahoma to Henry L. and Martha C. (Beery) Phillips.

June married Thomas "Tom" Miller on May 27, 1954, in Guthrie. June was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church. She was active in church especially donating to St. Mary's Pantry. June was a bank teller for many years at First Capital Bank and a volunteer at Mercy Hospital in Guthrie.

Survivors include her five children, Rick Millier and wife Connie of Edmond, Terry Miller and wife Debbie of Glenpool, Gary Miller and wife Jessica of Stillwater, Teresa McSwain of Douglas, GA and Tina Miller of Oklahoma City. She is also survived by her sister JoAnn Gooch of Stillwater, 14 grandchildren and 31 great grandchildren. June was preceded in death by her husband Tom Miller on April 13, 1990, her parents Henry and Martha Phillips, her sister Marie Phillips and brother Eckley Phillips.

A graveside memorial service will be held on Tuesday, September 6, 2022, at 10:30 A.M. at Summit View Cemetery in Guthrie, Oklahoma with Rev. James Wickersham of St. Mary Catholic Church officiating.

Services are under the direction of Hayes Funeral Home.
