Marilyn L. Chennault, age 82 of Guthrie, Oklahoma passed away November 5, 2014 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She was born on December 1, 1931 in Guthrie to Jim O. and Leta B. (Perales) Miller.

Marilyn married Wayne Chennault on January 15, 1950, in Guthrie. She was an Ordained Minister and teacher at the United Pentecostal Church, Lighthouse Tabernacle.

Survivors include her husband Wayne of the home in Guthrie, 4 children, Glen Knox and wife Tiny of Wewoka, Stephen Chennault and wife Debbie of Guthrie, Jon Chennault and wife Christy of Guthrie, Joanna Segura of Ft. Worth, TX, 1 brother Troy Miller of Vancouver, WA, 15 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and 6 great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, 2 brothers Glen Miller and Jamie Miller, 1 grandchild and 1 great grandchild.

Services will be held at 1:00 PM, on Tuesday, November 11, 2014 at the First Christian Church in Guthrie with Rev. Larry L. Booker officiating. Graveside services will be held at 10:00 AM, Wednesday, November 12, 2014 at Summit View Cemetery in Guthrie. Services are under the direction of Hayes Funeral Home.

Visitation will be held at Hayes Funeral Home on Sunday from 1:00 PM until 8:00 PM, Monday 9:00 AM until 8:00 PM and Tuesday 9:00 AM until 11:00 AM.
