Michael Keith "Mikey" McBane was born on April 29, 1963 in Oklahoma City to Melvin and Shirley (Jones) McBane and passed away on July 14, 2013 in Oklahoma City.

Mikey lived in Guthrie most of his life. He attended the West Warner Church of God. He loved to hunt, fish and go camping but most of all he liked to farm and work auctions.

Mike is survived by his wife Angela of the home. One daughter, Micha McBane of Edmond and his son Christian McBane also of the home. His parents Shirley Long of Kingfisher and his father Melvin McBane and wife Mary Jayne of Sparks. His brothers, Melvin and his wife Sheri McBane, Kenneth McBane and wife and his half brother David McBane and his wife, all of Guthrie. Two sisters, Angelia McBane of Sparks, and Brenda Kelly and husband Keith of Shawnee. Michael is also survived by number of step brothers and sisters and host of other family and friends.

Visitation will be on Tuesday from 12:00 PM till 5:00 PM and Wednesday from 9 AM till 8 PM. Funeral services will be on Thursday, July 18, at 11:00 AM at the First Assembly of God Church with pastor Don Gatlin officiating. Burial will follow at Summit View Cemetery, Guthrie.
