Rafael Enrique "Fefén" Contreras-Noguera, age 53 of Langston, Oklahoma was born on December 1, 1968, in Caracas, Miranda, Venezuela to César Contreras and Zoraida Noguera. He passed away on November 17, 2022, in Oklahoma City.

Rafael graduated from Central University of Venezuela as a Veterinary Doctor in 2002. Rafael worked for Langston University's International Goat Research Center Main Farm until his passing. Rafael had a special connection with all animals he worked with.  He was also splitting time supporting the university´s transportation fleet. Rafael´s passion was music. He loved his family and friends. His favorite cartoon character was Popeye the Sailor Man.

Survivors include his life partner Linda Castro and her son Andrés Payá of Langston, his parents César Contreras and Zoraida Noguera of Weston, Florida, his brother César Contreras and life partner Faviola of Caracas, his brother Alberto Contreras and wife Rebeca of Caracas, and his beloved sister Zoraida Contreras and husband Luis of Weston, Florida. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Rafael was preceded in death by his sons Alejandro Contreras and Daniel Contreras.

Visitation will be held on Monday, November 21, 2022, from 11:00 A.M. – 1:00 P.M. with cremation to follow.
