Raymond Paul Norris was born on March 17, 1976 in Toledo, Ohio to Robert Paul and Nanette (Taylor) Norris. Raymond passed away on December 11, 2020 in Edmond, Oklahoma at the age of 44.

Raymond moved to Guthrie from Adrian, Michigan in 2002. He loved traveling and going to new places, Ferris wheels, and animals, especially his beloved cat PetieCat who was always by his side.

Survivors include his parents Nanette and Robert (Bob) Norris of Guthrie, brother Timothy A. Norris of Guthrie, stepbrother Robert Norris, Jr. of Toledo, Ohio, stepsister Wendi Brannon of Alberta, Canada, and stepsister Cindy Wilson of Wellston, Michigan. He was preceded in death by his service dog Sophie.
