Sandra Sue McKinney of Guthrie, Oklahoma passed away on March 11, 2023, in Guthrie at the age of 83. She was born on November 14, 1939, in Waterloo, Iowa to Leston H. and Marie A. (Garthoff)Tewalt.

Sandra previously lived in Cedar Falls, Iowa and moved to Guthrie in 1970. She was retired from BancFirst where she was employed for 31 years. Sandra attended Southpoint Baptist Church. She enjoyed traveling and reading.

Survivors include her son Tim McKinney and wife Terri of Guthrie, sister Lucy McKinney of Edmond and grandson Jason McKinney of Guthrie. Sandra was preceded in death by her parents, husband John W. McKinney in 2002 and son Randall W. McKinney.

Graveside memorial services will be held at 2:00 P.M., on Tuesday, March 21, 2023, at Summit View Cemetery with pastor Robbie Robbins officiating. Services are under the direction of Hayes Funeral Home.
