Theresa Lynn Sullivan was born on November 16, 1959, in Dallas Texas to Johnny Mahon and Beverly (Rupp) Ladd. She passed away on September 9, 2021 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma at the age of 61.

Theresa married James "Jim" Sullivan on January 21, 1977 in Edmond. They shared a beautiful 44 years of marriage together and to this union two children were born: Mike and Alecia. Jim and Theresa renewed their vows in a small ceremony on September 9, 2021, just hours before Theresa's passing.

Theresa worked as a teller for Bank of America and retired in 2011. She was the owner of Bend It Handmade Jewelry. She loved making beautiful, well-crafted, and affordable jewelry for others and took great pride in her work. Theresa also loved dancing and was a retired competitive roller skater.

Survivors include her husband Jim Sullivan, son Mike Sullivan and wife Tanya of Guthrie, daughter Alecia Sullivan of Edmond, stepmother Sue Mahon of Richardson, Texas, brothers Steve Mahon of Edmond and Kelly Mahon and wife Cheryl of Grand Prairie, Texas, stepbrothers Donald Ladd and Edward Ladd of Phoenix, Arizona, grandson Calen Sullivan of Guthrie, and granddaughter Jayden Paige of Edmond. Theresa was preceded in death by her father Johnny Mahon and mother Beverly Ladd.

Memorial services will be held on Friday, September 17, 2021 at 3:00 P.M. at the Hayes Funeral Home Chapel with Chaplain Gene Owen officiating.
