Thomas William Faubush, age 79, of Guthrie passed away October 14, 2013 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He was born on June 15, 1934 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Thomas married Ellen G. Maurer in Bitburg Germany in 1965.

Thomas was a Veteran serving in the U.S. Navy and Air Force. He served in Korea and Vietnam. After retireing from the Military he worked for the Burroughs Corporation. He had lived in Guthrie most of his life except when he was serving in the Military and was a member of the V.F.W.

Survivors include his wife Ellen Faubush; 2 daughters, Klarissa Burns and husband Max and April Faubush; brother John H. Faubush, Jr. and wife Jean; sister Betty Thornton; 7 grandchildren, Krystal, Chad, Macy, Sara, Amanda, Racheal and Tristan; and 2 great grandchildren, Cole and Zoie. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m., on Saturday, October 26, 2013, at Pleasant Hill Cemetery located at Waterloo Road and Sooner Road. Services are under the direction of Hayes Funeral Home.
