Troy Lee Faulkner, age 72, of Coyle, Oklahoma passed Tuesday, August 11, 2015 at his home. He was born on September 11, 1942 in Bennington, Oklahoma to David and Marie (Purcell) Faulkner.

Troy graduated from Guthrie high School in 1961. He married Marieca Custard in Oklahoma City in 1968. They had lived in Coyle the past 40 years and previously lived in Guthrie. He was a member of Liberty Church. Troy retired from HK&S Iron where he was employed as an engineer draftsman. He was a member of NRA and the Coyle FFA Booster Club and enjoyed hunting and fishing.

Survivors include his wife Marieca of the home, son Anthony Faulkner of Stillwater, daughter Debora Land of Oklahoma City, daughter Leesa Hicks and husband Lucas of Coyle and his sister Carolyn Sue Gross of Moore. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, 1 sister, 3 brothers and 1 great grandchild.

Services will be held at 10:00 AM, Monday, August 17, 2015 at Liberty Church with Pastor David Nelson Officiating. Burial will follow at Crescent Cemetery in Crescent, Oklahoma. Services are under the direction of Hayes Funeral Home, Guthrie.

Visitation will be held on Saturday from 9:00 AM until 8:00 PM and Sunday from 1:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
